  1. Hello, I would like to make a comment that processed meats are on list of meats to eat on FODMAP. I believe that the WHO (world health organisation) had made processed meats a No 1 carcinogen that should be avoided, isn’t it better NOT to eat these foods for good health?

    1. Are there any processed meats that have ingredients that are safe? If yes, what companies make edible processed meats?
