Avocado with the Low FODMAP Diet

Are you one of those people on the Low FODMAP diet and wondering are Avocado Low Fodmap?

Some Low FODMAP Food lists say Avocado is high FODMAP, while other lists say low FODMAP.

According to Monash University Avocado at 1/8 avocado, 20g is considered LOW FODMAP.

A full or half Avocado is considered HIGH FODMAP
