  1. what is the levels that quantify the level of High/Low/Free, is it for low below 20mg/100g, would love to know the actual on what makes a food high or low

  2. Thank you for your wonderful list. I am actively allergic to approximately 1/3 of the hood things on the high fructans list…. And then about 1/3 are safe for me to eat…. And then there’s 1/3 that are not safe for me to eat if they are not organic but they are safe for me to eat if they are organic 🙏🏼 (Of course now I only eat fully organic foods all the time though because clearly there is something in the pesticides that makes things worse for me).

I used to think that I was gluten intolerant but when I started eating products that were only organic then suddenly my gluten symptoms disappeared.

The reason I’m saying this is because I want other people to know that this can be a co-factor in their symptoms and exacerbate their symptoms.

The things I am severely allergic to regardless of whether or not they are organic are eggplant and okra and bell peppers… Less allergic to but still very reactive to garlic and onions.

I figured all of this out while I was living in the United States and now I live in Belgium, and amazingly the organic foods here make me less ill even than the organic foods in the US.

So there are a lot of moving parts to what makes us sick 🤔
