    Hi there
    Just starting a low fodmap diet & learning everything that goes with it including “Google” which saves me most & everytime.
    Please help me out on anything that you can give me on
    “Low Fodmap”
    As I said Google is my rescue.
    I do have major Gut issues with sever GORD.
    Please help
