Low Fodmap Diet Clothing
Harem Pants have been a godsend for me when I have been bloated or distended. I first found them while on a trip to Thailand. The waistband is so comfortable across my abdomen, so I don’t feel any pressure like I would from most pants or skirts. They can be dressed up or down, worn around the house, or after a calming yoga session. I think they are the perfect piece of clothing for anyone with IBS!
