On Tuesday, November 19th at 1 p.m. EST I will have the absolute pleasure of interviewing Kate Scarlata, MPH, RDN on another Facebook Live broadcast brought to you by FODMAP Life and sponsored by Orgran USA.
The topic? CONSTIPATION REMEDIES. It’s such an important topic and I think so timely for the holidays, when many of us may eat a little too much, go off our plan for the low-FODMAP diet, or eat foods high in FODMAPs. It’s OK, we are all normal and this stuff happens, but wouldn’t you like to be armed with expert tips on how to remedy constipation? Maybe make the holidays a little LIGHTER for your gut?

Many things could be to blame for constipation. Some examples include:
- Dehydration
- Poor diet
- A diet high in FODMAPs
- Pregnancy
