EA Stewart is a registered dietitian nutritionist and cooking instructor at Spicy RD Nutrition, a nutrition coaching and communications business, in San Diego, California. She specializes in wellness nutrition, digestive health {including celiac disease, IBS, and more}, culinary nutrition, food sensitivities and food allergies, weight management, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune diseases.
Patsy Catsos began using the FODMAP approach with her Portland, Maine, nutrition patients in 2007. Her 2009 book, IBS—Free at Last! introduced consumers and health care providers around the globe to the power of the FODMAP elimination diet. Patsy happily divides her time between caring for her own patients, developing new recipes, keeping tabs on the latest digestive health research, and teaching other health care providers how to get great results for their IBS patients.
Danielle Capalino, MSPH, RD, is a registered dietitian in New York City, leading a thriving private practice providing nutritional counseling on digestive health. Joana Oliveira created MyGutFeeling.eu, a food sensitivities blog where she shares healthy, natural and tasty recipes with a twist of passion and inspiration. She is a Portuguese cultural manager living between Belgium and Portugal. Joana was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) along with some big food intolerances, all the result of a nasty gastroenteritis she got in April 2013. “I was very ill for a year until my body finally started to get back on track, mainly because of the low-FODMAP diet.”
Dr. Glenda Bishop is a Registered Nutritionist, neuroscientist, wellness coach and educator who helps people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome to live a less irritable life. Glenda was diagnosed with IBS over 20 years ago and understands the day-to-day challenges that IBS creates. She uses her insider experience of IBS and food intolerances, along with her expertise in nutrition, health and medical science, to develop easy to use strategies that simplify IBS. Suzanne Perazzini is a certified nutritional therapist, a qualified teacher, award-winning author (including three low Fodmap books) and has been a teacher and a coach her whole life. After having her life transformed by the low Fodmap diet and a bunch of changes she has made to her lifestyle, she now dedicates her days to coaching others on how to implement the low Fodmap diet and eliminate their IBS symptoms once and for all.
Alana Scott is an experienced low FODMAP & allergy-friendly cook. Her own daily struggles with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Coeliac disease means she understands how difficult it can be to create healthy and delicious meals.
